For this 34th edition, and as every year, Les belles perdrix de Troplong Mondot celebrate the European Heritage Days. A true meeting with history and our patrimony, it highlights an heritage in which architecture, art, culture, gastronomy and wine are intertwined. In a classified Unesco World Heritage site, both an exceptional day and evening are waiting for you.
The dinner proposed by our starred Chef David Charrier for the occasion will allow you to discover high gastronomy dishes and enjoy a glass of Champagne under a blazing fireworks sky. Blue lobster, milk-fed veal sweetbread, half duck from Challans, local figs as well as a surprise will delight your pupils and your taste buds.
